At Indigo & Co., we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item significantly different from product description

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Products with broken seals (skincare, foot masks, hair color sticks)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Size issues for clothing — please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering

How to Initiate a Return
WhatsApp us at [your number] or email support@indigoandco.in within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo or video of the issue
  3. Brief description of the problem

Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please share your bank details when raising the request.

Exchange
We currently offer exchanges for wrong or damaged items only, subject to stock availability.

RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery attempt is made and the order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, a re-shipping fee may apply for redelivery. Undelivered COD orders returned to origin will not be refunded for shipping charges.
