Where We Ship
We ship across India. Delivery availability may vary by pin code for certain products.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. For select products and locations, free shipping may be available and will be shown on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order with the courier partner directly.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at support@indigoandco.in or WhatsApp [your number] with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Important Note for COD Orders
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.
